You will also Sign & Submit your application and fee(s) at this time, as well as any verification documents required.
Then ... Go Dream Home Shopping: With the purchase budget provided to you, you can now go shopping for your dream home.
You'll be able to search our nationwide database of available, qualified properties. Our listings will show the purchase price, required down payment, savings opportunity (if any), and application link.
If no suitable properties are available in your area (from our database), then our Professional Team will tap directly into our network and find your dream home for you. A suitable match is typically made within 90 business days or less.
After that ... You'll Sign Your Paperwork & Submit Your Down Payment: Once you've decided on the Dream Home that's right for your family, you'll need to secure it as quickly as possible.
You'll sign/submit all of the necessary paperwork, and submit your earnest money deposit (or full down payment) right away so that no one else can swipe it from under you.
Please note that our closings are "typically" done with a title agency or closing attorney to ensure the safety and security of all transactions. When that's not possible, our closings are done at another secure facility and are recorded.

Refinance or Move On: Upon the expiration of your creative-financing term, which is typically 12-36 months - and oftentimes, right from the start - we will refer you to a local mortgage/loan officer who will be able to help and prepare you to refinance your temporary financing from us to a traditional bank.
Refinancing will save you money on your monthly payments, with lower interest rates and longer, permanent terms.
However, if for some strange reason, you change your mind about finalizing your purchase with a more permanent financing solution, prior to the expiration of your term with us, then you may have the ability to release the property and move on. This is only acceptable on a case-by-case basis, and depends heavily upon the terms that you initially agreed to.
